Maryland Recap

Hi all,

Yes, I've been hiding in my photolessness. Our digicam broke after my mom took it to Italy in March. Some of their pics came out great, but on some, the color, well, started to turn pink...Check em out here!

So, the hubby and I went to Maryland yesterday. I got there in time to get one of the last 4 skeins of STR. Sorry, no pics...haha...
I also scored some of Brooks Farm's new(?) Solana line in an amazing blue color. I got 3 skeins, almost 1000 yards...Now what to do with it?

We had a blast with the sheep, alpaca and llamas. They are so cute :)
I have actually been knitting...I finally finished Pomatomus the second - a FULL YEAR after the first one! I also just started a project which is sort of a combo of two sweaters from Fitted Knits:

=?????????
Using Elsebeth Lavold Silky Tweed from my stash...I hope to make something interesting...Wish me luck!
Oh, and everyone at MSW had these buttons that said "RAVELRY ROCKS"...could someone lend me an invite, pretty pleez??????
Thanx for reading :)

  4. Hi There!

I'm hearing a lot about the Fitted Knits book. Those sweaters are great. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Hey, I just knit your Anthropologie-Inspired Capelet and I love it! Thank you so much for making it a free download! I posted about it and you on my blog.

    Thanks again!

  5. I just ordered Fitted Knits, and, judging from those two pictures alone, I won't regret it! Can't wait to see what your hybrid looks like.
